HMFA Football Tournament

On Thursday 27th March, a year 5 and 6 mixed team attended HMFA football tournament at Sutton. We had a great time, and enjoy the sunshine. We were delighted to be place third at the end of the tournament.

Programming Bee-Bots with Class 2

Bird Drawings in Class 4

Amazing Artists in Year 2

As part of the Nature Art topic, Year 2 created land art in the style of Andy Goldsworthy. They had a fabulous time collecting natural objects and creating pictures from their imagination. They were so engaged and excited to find their creations evolving into extraordinary pictures as they worked!

The Great Fire of London in Class 2

This half term, the children have been learning about the Great Fire of London. They have enjoyed finding out about how the fire started, how it spread and comparing fire-fighting methods from 1666 and present-day. The children created diary entries in the style of Samuel Pepys and fabulous collages of a fiery, London scene.
