KS1 Science Club

The first of our Science Clubs began for KS1. Our investigation was called: Can I make a raisin dance? The children performed a chemical reaction using baking powder and vinegar to create carbon dioxide gas. They were amazed to see their raisins dancing in the beakers. We talked about the gas produced in the reaction and how we know a chemical reaction occurred.
