We were very lucky to have been given some new plants to brighten up the school grounds. These were kindly donated by Allensmore Nurseries through Andrew Wood and his team at Golden Valley Reuse and Recycle.
We were also incredibly grateful for our bug hotel donation from Andrew Wood. The bug houses are made by the team at Widemarsh Workshop.
Children from Class 2 and 3 planted the new flowers beside the magnolia tree at the front of the school. They had to cut through the weed mat, which was quite tricky! Then, the children could dig holes to put the plants in.
Although the garden already looks a lot more vibrant, there are still more exciting deliveries to come throughout the summer term. Thank you to Stella for keeping them well watered!
